大规模的大学生创新性实验计划：
“四个1”制度：每1名教授、副教授和具有博士学位的讲师每1年至少提出1项适合三年级起的学生为期一年半科研训练的研究项目，接收至少1个大学生课题组（1~3人）开展项目研究
Four “ones”system: each year, each one professor, associate professor or lecturer with doctorates proposes at least one research program for third year (or more) students’ scientific research training for one and a half years, and receives at least one discussion group (1-3 students)  to carry out research projects.
