任务相互依赖程度提高不会导致效果的提高（an increasing level of task interdependence did not enhance effectiveness by itself），相反，正向的结果相互依赖性降低或负向结果相互依赖提高会导致任务相互依赖与小组效果下降（increased task interdependence accompanied by decreasing levels of positive or increasing levels of negative outcome interdependence appeared to be related to reduced effectiveness）
研究的缘由
