    【摘要】  目的  了解医护人员手消毒前后手部带菌情况以及需采取的相应对策。方法  对医护人员消毒前后的手表面进行卫生学检测和菌量培养。结果  医护人员手消毒前菌落数显著高于消毒后（P＜0.001）。结论  医护人员手部卫生意识薄弱，制定并落实相应措施，可改善手部卫生状况。

    Condition analysis of medical personnel’s hand disinfection and the countermeasures
   
       
    【Abstract】  Objective  To explore the condition of the germs on the hands of medical personnel before disinfection and after disinfection and its countermeasures.Methods  Hygiene detection and bacteria culture of the medical personnel’s hands before disinfection and after disinfection were performed.Results  The amount of germs on the hands of medical personnel before disinfection were higher than that after disinfection.Conclusion  The study shows that medical personnel pay insufficient attention to hand hygiene，but we believe the condition of hand hygiene would become good if we take countermeasures.

    医疗机构中医务人员手上携带的细菌成为医院内感染的主要致病源，而手的清洗和消毒是防止医院内感染最重要的措施之一［1］。近年来，随着人们对医院内感染问题的重视，手消毒的重要性再次被人们所认识，医护人员在临床诊断及护理操作中，手部皮肤的清洁与否直接关系到医院的感染率。据报道，妇产科护士抱婴儿前未洗手的感染率为2.56%，洗手后降为1.24%。因此，对我院2004年11月～2005年10月期间120名医护人员手消毒前后的细菌量及致病菌种进行了统计和观察，现报告如下。
