-“顾客需求量” 是在有效时间内生产的顾客需求产品的数量

1. 确定要分析的过程
2. 通知
3. 确保操作员的能力
4. 确保操作员愿意被摄像
5. 拍摄过程10遍
6. 分析摄像
With G.L., Product specialist, or shop steward, and with involvement from the operator:
1. 根据摄像填写QPS
2. 根据摄像计算时间
3. 去掉最高、最低时间，算出其余8个的平均值。
4. 确定增值和非增值的时间
5. 使用平衡图表、QPS、浪费确认表确认过程中的浪费
6. Build up Balance Board (initial on paper
7. Using Balance Board, Q.P.S. and waste identification sheet identify waste in the process
8. Eliminate waste & re-draw board adding colours
9. When satisfied with drawn balance board create it with magnetic strips
