     What is business?
     Enterprise is a legally established for-profit economic organization, engaged in production, distribution , service and other economic activities to meet the community needs. It operates on their own decisions and accounts independently.
What is small business?
     Small business is the enterprise whose degree of concentration of labor, labor means and so on is very low. China’s definition standard of small business is based on production, employees, sales, total assets and other indicators. What’s more, it also considers the industry characteristics.
     The other departments of the enterprise:
     Finance department:Establish and improve the company's financial management system; responsible for the company's  financial accounting; preparing the company's annual, quarterly and monthly financial metrics program; cost accounting in accordance with regulations; preparation of financial analysis and economic activity analysis.
