The Interview：
Use appropriate body language
Sit up straight and do not cross your arms
Maintain eye contact
Maintain a pleasant facial expression
Read your interviewer - listen actively and adjust your actions accordingly
If you get a difficult question, say: “That’s an interesting question, let me think about it for a while”.  Then take 5-10 seconds to prepare a response.

After the Interview：
Keep notes about the interview
Send thank-you letters
Thank interviewer for time and interest
Mention 1-2 interview highlights
Reiterate interest in the job and the company
Keep letter short and avoid excessive flattery
Even if you don’t get the job, you might consider asking for feedback to help you in future interviews
