西餐行政总厨工作职责内容提要:
Supervise the function of V9 All Day Dining kitchen and stewarding employees;maintain kitchen facilities and equipments;control the costs and expenses;support and cooperate with F&B Director to achieve the Food & Beverage department business goal so as to increase the benefits as much as possible,to maximize the overall hotel yearly business profit.
督导厨房、管事部所有员工的工作,保养设备、设施,控制各项成本和费用,支持并配合餐饮部总监的经营计划,竭尽全力增加效益,为酒店整体完成年度经营目标努力。
  1. Proficient in V9 All Day Dining restaurant operations of the kitchen. 全面掌握V9全日西餐厨房的业务。
  2. Responsible for the production,preparation and presentation of all food items,to ensure highest quality at all times.负责西餐厨房所有食品、烹饪、装饰,并确保达到质量标准。
  3. Food Cost control, purchasing and financial management. 做好食物成本控制、采购和财务管理。
