The BAS project team should work to select the key topics requiring consideration, and for each topic the level of analysis necessary.  The following slides describe in more detail the contents of each of the 5 segments
Is the application functionality sufficient and cost effective, are there any deficiencies in the information provided by them, and what unsatisfied demand exists in the context of BAS’s business model?
How well does the organization manage its human resources in relation to IS/IT (skills, attitude, responsiveness, process effectiveness)?
