摘  要
第三方物流从诞生到现在已经有二十多年的历史了，虽然短暂，却已成为现代世界经济发展中不可或缺的一环。在中国经济高速发展的二十几年时间里，现代物流也扮演着重要角色。XX是连接首都和西部的纽带，并且有着独特的港口优势，为发展第三方物流提供了得天独厚的条件。本文从第三方物流的由来、发展和在XX发展的优势与劣势比较，进行了第三方物流在XX发展的环境分析，并且运用了层次分析法对这种环境分析进行量化。

ABSTRACT
Though young it is, only twenty years since its birth till now, Three Physical Logistical has become a necessary factor in the development of the world’s economic today. In these years, modern logistics had played a very important role in the development of Chinese economic. Tianjin connects the capital and the west China and lies on the beach, which are the good geographic advantages of Three Physical Logistical. Here is the basic information of Three Physical Logistical and the comparison between advantages and disadvantages and the environment analysis of its development in Tianjin.
