Counter-offer(还盘)
A counter-offer is an expression by the offeree of his disagreement, either in part or as a whole, to the offer made by the offeror.
A reply to an offer which purports to be an acceptance but contains additions, limitations or other modifications is a rejection of the offer and constitutes a counter-offer.
Price, payment, quality and quantity of the goods
Place and time of delivery
Extent of one party’s liability to the other
the settlement of disputes
Counter-counter-offer反还盘
A reply of the offeror to the counter-offer of the offeree.
