Useful Expressions
 _________ (hereinafter referred to as Party A) and__________ (hereinafter referred to as Party B), on the basis of mutual benefit, have agreed to enter into compensation trade in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth as follows:
________(以下简称甲方)和________(以下简称乙方)在互利的基础上，同意按下列条款达成补偿贸易协议：
Party B is also entitled to supply Party A with all raw materials and packing materials required in production.
乙方还负责向甲方提供生产所需的原材料及包装材料。
Party A agrees to manufacture the products in strict compliance with the standards and specifications set forth by Party B in the Appendix.
甲方同意按乙方在附录中提出的严格的标准和规格生产乙方指定的产品。 Party A shall pay the entire manufacturing fees by D/P (Documents against Payment) at sight.
甲方以付款交单见票即付办法支付全部的加工费。
When the manufacture is completed, the finished products shall be inspected by agents or inspectors appointed by A to verify that the products are up to the quality standards and specifications designated by A.
生产的成品应由甲方指定的代理人或检验人进行检验，证明产品与甲方指定的质量标准和规范一致。
The damage rate of raw materials in processing is 10 % and such a damage rate of raw materials shall be supplied free by Party B. Should the damage rate exceed 10% , Party A shall supply additional raw materials.
原材料的损耗率为10％，其损耗率由乙方免费供应。如果损耗率超过10％，应由甲方补充加工所需的原料。
Party A shall deliver the products to Party B within 50 days upon receipt of all the raw materials and packing materials.
甲方在收到乙方完备的原材料及包装材料后的50天内将成品发送给乙方。
