What is our main message (governing thought)?  Is it TOPS?
我 们 主 要 传 达 的 信 息 ( 中 心 思 想 ) 是 什 麽 ？ 是 否 合 乎 TOPS 的 标 准 ？
Should we use an argument or a grouping?
应 采 用 论 证 式 还 是 组 合 式 ？
Does our final structure pass the relevant logic test?
最 后 的 架 构 是 否 通 过 有 关 的 逻 辑 测 试 呢 ？
For groupings, are the points logically the same (e.g., all steps, all problems, all benefits) and in the logical order?
如 采 用 逻 辑 组 合 方 式 ， 各 要 点 在 逻 辑 上 是 否 相 同 ( 如 ： 都 是 步 骤 、 问 题 或 利 益 ？ ) 并 按 照 逻 辑 顺 序 排 列 ？
For arguments, does the second point comment on the first point in a way that leads to the third point and only the third point?
如 采 用 逻 辑 论 证 方 式 ， 第 二 点 是 否 是 针 对 第 一 点 的 评 论 意 见 ， 并 一 定 会 引 申 到 第 三 点 而 不 致 引 申 到 其 他 地 方 ？
Do both arguments and groupings support their summary in a MECE way?

Mutually exclusive (ME):  Is each point used only once and in the best place?
相 互 之 间 具 有 排 他 性 ： 每 一 个 论 点 是 否 只 用 一 次 并 用 在 最 适 当 的 位 置 ？
Collectively exhaustive (CE):  Do we have all the points we need to support or defend the summary idea?
