To systematically integrate Six Sigma tools into daily operations of each supplier in 4 phases (Group 1 to 4 phases) by Jan 2004.
3 Proliferation Groups of Suppliers
Category A: average 4 months per phase
Category B: average 5½ months per phase
Category C: average 7 months per phase
Total 28 months for all targeted suppliers
