真空吸尘器非正常运行的泄漏电流测试内容提要:
1.0   Purpose / 目的
To evaluate if the sample under abnormal operation conditions can comply with the safety requirements about leakage current in UL1017
评估样机在非正常运行状况下的泄漏电流是否符合U L1017的泄漏电流要求.
2.0   Definition/概念: 
2.1   Leakage current limits(泄漏电流限制):
          Not more than 5.0 MIU for an ungrounded, 2-wire, portable sample;
          对不接地的2线制便携式器具,不超过5 MIU
          Not more than 5.0 MIU for a grounded, 3-wire, portable sample
对接地3线制便携式器具,不超过5 MIU.
2.2   Clear airflow ---The air through the filter into motor wanes.
      干净进气 --- 进气经过Filter后, 再经过 motor风叶, 此类吸尘器为干净进气.
2.3   Dirty airflow --- the air directly into motor vanes then through the filter.
      脏的进气 --- 进气直接经过 motor风叶 (或者水经过马达风叶)后再经过 Filter, 此类吸尘器为脏的进气 
2.4   Leakage current --- All currents measured between the (dead-metal parts)/(metal foil with an area of 10 by 20 cm in contact with the thermoplastic surfaces of the sample) and the grounded side of the supply source. See figure1&2.
      泄漏电流 --- 从不带电金属零部件/马达壳表面和地线之间测得的电流.
