1.0  PURPOSE
目的
1.1 To set up incoming material inspection procedure to control incoming material quality.
建立进料检验程序以控制进货品质。

范围
2.1 This procedure applies to inspections on all of materials directly used for manufacturing products.
此程序适用于所有直接用于产品的来料检验。
 
3.0 RESPONSIBILITIES
职责
IQC: According to Material Inspection Form and relevant acknowledgement, component Inspection plan, and samples, to make materials inspection, approves inspection sheet and incoming materials inspection sheet, fill in Vendor Corrective Action Report, hold MRB and flow chart of WAIVE.
