SPC的源起:
1924W.A.Shewhart
在BelltelephoneLaboratories工作時,首次提出
管製圖的概念．　1931.W.AShewhart
出版〝EconomicControlofQualtyof
ManufacturedProduct〞,在此書中對〝統計製程
管製〞的名稱的定義做了完整的敘述.
〝theapplicationofstatisticalprinciplesand
tech-niquesinallstagesofproduction,
directedtowardsthemanufactureofaproduct
thatismaximllyuserulandhasamarket〞.
1939~1945第二次世界大戰期間
providedtheimpetusfortheappiicationof
