进一步完善我国民事法律责任体系的几点思考内容提要：
法律责任是法律的重要组成部分，其目的是保护受害人的合法权益。民事责任制度的核心是：当合法的民事权益受到侵害时，受害人能够得到充分的法律救济。但是，由于我国民事法律责任体系存在一定的缺陷，致使受害人的民事权益受到侵害时，往往不能得到充分的法律救济。进一步完善我国民事责任法律体系，对保护合法的民事权益具有十分重要的意义，同时也是我国法制建设的重要任务。 Legal liabilities is a important part of law ,its purpose to protect to victimize the legal rights of the person. The core of our civil legal liabilities system is that victimize can get the legal remedy when his legal civil rights have been violated. But, because of our civil legal liabilities systems have some blemish,that make victimize can,t usually get the legal remedy when his legal civil rights have been violated. Further to perfect the system of our civil legal　liabilities is important meaning to protect legal civil rights and also is the important mission of legal system developments of our country. key words：
