Background
The manufacturing that will take place at Xian I.R. Microelectronics must be carried out in a clean environment. In order to achieve this, it is important to follow some rules and procedures during construction. This document outlines these rules and procedures. They must be followed by everyone on site to insure a successful project.
Drawing number one highlights the areas of the main building where clean build protocol must be enforced. This includes all areas west of gridline B except for the raw material and finished goods warehouses.
Prior to hand over, the M&E Contractor shall carry out a thorough cleaning and decontamination to the satisfaction of Client and Project Manager.

All Contractors are responsible for informing all of their workers about this procedure and to take disciplinary action when violations are brought to their attention. Each worker assigned to work within the clean area is responsible for understanding and following build clean procedures.
