中国消费率持续下降的主要原因：国民收入分配失衡（DOC 12）

内容提要：最近20多年,中国消费率处于低水平并且持续走低，这已成为制约中国经济扩大内需、保持可持续高速增长的重要阻碍。本文分析认为，中国消费率持续走低的主要原因在于：与经济增长速度和城乡居民收入平均增长速度相比，政府财政收入（和支出）增速相对过快，企业利润增速相对过快，社会财富和收入分布不均衡程度持续恶化。本文由此提出了相应的政策建议。
