【英文摘要】The essence of industry agglomeration is external economics,which comes from the shari
ng labor market,the innovation and technology spillover of special appendix industry.Industry aggl
omeration can reduce the environmental uncertainty,faciliate knowledge-technology spread and diffu
sion and form the positive-feedback effect.Due to it's scattered characteristic in space,Chinese r
ural enterprises lost the spillover of public goods come from private supply,extra-market effect o
f service demand and spillover effect of information,knowledge and technology.The measures to chan
ge this situation is rural enterprise's agglomeratelization development.The concrete ways include
agglomeration area construction and the choice of the leading industry.
