国外著名酒店工程部操作程序-6(英文)内容提要：
     PROCEDURE ：Maintenance sheets will be issued and collected each Monday morning by the Assistant Chief Engineer.The Assistant Chief Engineer will assign work by Department, and it then becomes the duty of the Foreman to assign to each emplyee of his respective Department.
     When assigning work it is most important that items to be maintained, get rotated on a regular basis between. employees. This stops repetitive work problems which frequently cause standards to drop.
     Where possible Maintenance work to areas such as Kitchen, Laundry and Air Conditioning which requires shut down should be assigned to the evening and night shifts.
    The Foreman are to monitor progress on weekly maintenance on a daily basis to ensure all work is completed by the following Monday morning before 0800 hrs.
    Completed Maintenance Sheets are to be handed to the Aaaistant Chief Engineer for checking.
