国际贸易术语详解(英文版)内容提要：
 "Ex works" means the seller's only responsibility is to make the goods available at the seller's premises, i.e. factory. The seller is not responsible for loading the goods on the vehicle provided by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
The buyer bears the full costs and risk involved in collecting the goods from there to the desired destination. Ex works represents the minimum obligation of the seller.
The "E" term is the term in which the seller's obligation is at its mini mum: the seller has to do no more than place the goods at the disposal of the buyer at the agreed place ‑ usually at the seller's own premises.
