ROHS指令与绿色采购内容提要：
ROHS指令：
Issues – (Focusing on RoHS Specifically)
－0.1% by weight of Lead, Mercury, Hexavalent Chromium, PBB, PBDE and 0.01% for Cadmium
根据重量来计算，铅，汞，六价铬，PBB,PBDE为0.1%，镉为0.01％。
Material limits apply to homogeneous materials:
Homogeneous material is defined as a substance or mixture of substances with uniform composition (such as solders, resins, platings, etc.) that cannot be mechanically separated
“Homogeneous material”指一种物质或几种不能用机械方法分离的具有一致组成（比如：焊料，树脂，端子等）物质的混合物。
By definition it follows: If all homogeneous materials in a product are compliant, the product itself is RoHS compliant
定义的思路：如果在产品中所有的homogeneous材料都符合ROHS指令，那么该产品本身就符合ROHS指令。
